The conference will begin with Breakfast and Registration in the foyer of the main conference hall in the Hovedbygningen on the Frue Plads.  See the conference Venue tab on this website for more details on the location and maps.

All sessions of the day-time conference program will be held in the Hovedbygningen with the exception of some workshops which will be held in a building a short walk across the plaza.

Internet access will be available.  Tables or desk tops will not be part of the general set up, except for some workshops. Tables will be available in adjoining rooms during the breaks and meals.
